    I can’t find how to open a new ticket and I need help asap. I have applied for rich pins, got the green tick but no ‘apply’ button after this step? Also are they working? I have added meta info to my header, should I remove this?? Lastly my articles are showing as a product with a price instead …. please help?

    Mine has been a week maybe more lol. I think they’re working but my article posts are products. I did read somewhere though they are experiencing issues … so possibly why?

    Hi Oulad, Is this not working for you? If there is some issue on Pinterest’s website, you may consider contacting them directly.

    Laura, you must be using the Product Schema. You can turn the product Schema off if you do not wish to show the information on Pinterest but then – Google will not see any structured data on your product pages either so you have to decide if Google traffic is more important to you than Pinterest or vice-versa.

    I thought you can have both product and article pins for one website. I understand it is only 1 per page?? All of my products should be products pins only. All blog posts should be article pins only. However my blog posts have both, hence why they are showing up as a product pin.
