Split: Not allowed to login

  • Hi,
I have tried to change my password in the members area but it keeps saying that I have entered the incorrect current password, I am using the same password that I logged into my members area with. The overall issue I am having is that when trying to add the plugin to another site I manage I am unable to login as it keeps saying the password is incorrect, despite I am able to access my members area with this password..

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have just alerted our accounts team about this issue and we will be looking into this and get back to you in a short while.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

    HI Ross,

I have added your new credentials on the sensitive data section.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I also have similar issue related to the password. I created my account using google auth. Now I have to connect my account in WordPress. I don’t know my password so I tried to update the password in the member area but every time getting an incorrect password error. Even tried to use forget password but getting the wrong URL.
Help me to update my password.

I had this same problem and it spread to every plug in from Mythemeshop. It started with rank math then went to wp quiz pro and then the theme that I purchased from them…they stopped taking any user input …so i am guessing the rankmath plugin is reading blank fields for the username and password no matter what we put in….I had to do a restore from 30 days ago just to get my site running ..i got mad and deleted every thing from my theme shop about two weeks ago….decided to try rank math again today…and i see the problem is still going on….frustrating~!

My theme shop support gave up and sent me a refund for the paid theme and the wp quiz pro…

Battaglia’s Picks, we are very sorry about the frustration so far, would you mind opening a new ticket too and editing the first post on that ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping both of you.

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
