I’ve checked your site, and indeed the ALT attribute is already added to the image in your media library.
I even tried adding the missing ALT through the Image SEO module in Rank Math
https://rankmath.com/kb/image-seo/#3-image-alt-title-attributes but the alt text was not added, so it looks like your theme is not including the ALT attributes set in your image gallery.
You may need to contact your page builder/theme developer on how to add the ALT attribute for this image.
