Split: google analytics not showing

    Hello,

    I do have exactly the same issue and did all the steps provided by the support in this thread. I also tried the other steps as provided in your knowledge base. Still it’s not working. I can choose in the general settings > analytics the correct account and the correct property. But it will always reset to default (select account and select property) after saving the changes.

    I recently switched from Yoast SEO to Rank Math. The website is build with DIVI. From the time I was using Yoast, the analytics code was installed directly into DIVi via the main settings > integration > < head >

    I tried both with the integrated code and without, by using the Rank Math integrated switcher. When using the Rank Math switcher to activate Google analytics, it will jump back to default (inactive) after saving the changes.

    Any ideas, what else I could do integrate analytics?

    Could you confirm if you’re using Firefox or Safari by any chance?

    If yes, please try saving the Analytics settings in Google Chrome.

    If that does not help, try saving the settings in Incognito Mode of Chrome.
