The SEO analysis tests are not able to detect keywords in alt texts and external URLs at the moment. Would you mind letting me know whether this is the kind of issue that you are facing or whether yours is a different issue affecting a particular module?

I wanted to add that Rank Math’s on-page analysis does not read image alt text added in Divi Builder using Divi module or the external links added using the link module.
Everything else should work just fine and this does not affect your SEO or content.
