    Your purchased “Content AI” feature is fucking bugged. I also bought those and I had also (similar) problems. I will never do so again. Get your shit together, guys.

    We checked your previous tickets where we suggested you reconnect and refresh the Content AI credits but you never replied back. Instead, you asked for a refund where we again asked you to let us have a closer look or if you wanted to proceed with the refund, but again, we never received a reply on the ticket.

    We had an email conversation with you where we refunded your purchase.

    As we didn’t get the opportunity to investigate the issue or received a confirmation from you about following the suggested fix, it cannot be assumed that Content AI is bugged.

    The common reason for credits not being updated on the website is that the website is not connected to the Rank Math account from which the purchase is made. In order to use the credits, the website must be connected to the same Rank Math account (with the same email address using which the credits were purchased).

    However, we regret the inconvenience you faced and request you to please refrain from posting such replies on the tickets of other users.
