Rank Math is a tool to help you ranking so it can’t do anything about preventing other people from copying your content and spinning it.
Google usually penalizes those sites and it is fairly easy for Google to detect them (they have years of experience). Also, if the content is similar, it is enough for Google to check which website uploaded it first.
You should always focus on doing your best with your content and let Google penalize people trying to steal your content. If it is not enough, you can always submit a request to Google for copyright infringement.
