I have the same problem on a multisite installation. On some sites it works on some site I get the messagg Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This issue only seems to happen on some installations and you can fix it by logging in to your site using a different admin user or an incognito window.
