    Hi, this is regarding Order Reference: RANKMATH210710-5662-39587

    After I install the plugin and try to activate, I get this message:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Also, please confirm what user/pass I should be using.

    Lastly, is it correct that I should see both “Rank Math SEO” AND “Rank Math SEO PRO” in my plugin list?

    I notice that is says “FREE” by my name on the ticket. Why is that? I paid and provided my order #.
