Could you please check it again from your end? It could be that Google just got a slight delay indexing your URLs after you migrated to a different SEO plugin.

Thanks for your quick response, however from my side I can only see 12 URLs. Is it because of the browser? I am using Opera GX

Yes, this can be caused due to browser or browser level caching.
I suggest you search the website on Google Chrome and see if the results are shown as expected.
