Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, are you able to share a post/link that is still indexed by Google?
With that said, If the issue persists, I would suggest clearing your website cache, remove your sitemaps from your GSC and submit only the primary one (https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml).

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.
I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that you haven’t verified the www (or non-www) and HTTPS (or HTTP) versions of your website.
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:

Once done, remove all your submitted sitemaps in your Google Search Console account and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml
then give Google some time to recrawl your site.
