Some Opengraph meta tags are missing

    Hello!

Last month I’ve changed from Yoast SEO to RankMath. No problems so far, and the work you’ve done is amazing! So, before getting started, I just wanted to say a big thank you!

The problem: Everytime I am doing a new SEO Analysis in my website it says “Some Opengraph meta tags are missing.” I wonder why I have a problem with Opengraph and what’s the solution?

Another (unrelated) question: Opening a support ticket in rankmath is easy, but I don’t know where to find the “Sensitive Data” in RankMath plugin so I can provide it here. In any case, this is my website.

  • Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The sensitive data is not available in the plugin, we normally request some temporary login data to your site and this should be submitted on the sensitive data section of this ticket.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

The OpenGraph tags are automatically generated from the meta tags. Most of the pages on your site lack a meta description which in effect is preventing the generation of the OG: description tag.
Please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages and ensure that you have configured a default meta description for your posts and pages.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
