1). The Rank Math content analysis tool is able to detect HTML content on the page. Are you using a particular page builder when editing this post’s content?
2). A low keyword density is better than a high keyword density. Even with a low keyword density, there is a good chance that Google will pick on your focus keyword. But, a high keyword density is bad quality signal which might get you kicked out from the search results.
While there is no perfect keyword density, a keyword density of 1-1.5% is sufficient in most cases. The more important thing is to keep your language natural because if search engines don’t pick on the high keyword density, your users definitely will.
3). Yes you will need to install a third party plugin to use on your posts as a table of content since we do not have this feature built into the plugin. Rank Math will check for the presence of any of the following plugins:
