It looks like the websites are missing the og:image on the page source. Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > OpenGraph thumbnail and check if an image has been set?

It hasn’t because I want it to use the featured images on posts or am I misunderstanding that setting?

It is recommended to have it so that it can be used as a fallback when a featured images has not been set.
Please also ensure that your images are big enough. Recommended image size 1200 x 630 pixels.

I also wanted to add that for the homepage – you can set the OG image from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage.
If it still not working, there might be a plugin conflict. I am ssuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet).
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let me know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

So…after battling with this for a while..it looks like it’s a cache plugin issue..with WT3. I turned off a setting and everything is loading..now.

In regards to the error I can suggest that you disable any option to optimize the images on your caching plugin.

I have edited the data needed to login. After speaking with a developer, this specific issue points towards Rank Math. Please advise and assist.

It appears you haven’t set a featured image for your homepage.
You can do that like this: https://i.rankmath.com/pBw7Yj
Select any image and then the issue will be fixed.

I appreciate you trying to help me. I did what you asked…it still did not help. Additionally, even if the featured image isn’t there its suppose to default to the one you put in Rank Math.
However, one thing I did notice…is that the image in the default was a bit small for size..I went to a bigger picture just to test and it worked!
As silly as it is to miss that, I updated to a big image (like it recommends) and my problem is fixed. (on this site) I’ll be trying this on the other two sites too.
