Hi. Social image are not displayed or socials are disyplaing other images than i selected.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
The recommended dimensions for the social image are 1200px X 630px. Please set the image of the recommended dimensions and see if that fixes the issue.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
I did that and nothing is changed on twitter
One more thing. I didn’t receive alert on e-mail that my question was answered.
Hello,
I checked your website on Twitter’s card validator and it seems Twitter hasn’t detected your
twitter:card
meta tag but checking your page’s view-source, it’s there. Please clear your website’s cache including any server-level caching software and check the URL again on twitter. It is possible that this particular page is heavily cached.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
I cleared cache.
Hello,
I checked and the dimensions of the social image are 700px X 352px. However, Twitter seems to be picking this image.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings to see if the correct social image is rendering on the front end. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
After a few days, the picture was updated. This is very strange even though I was clearing the cache (WP Fastest Cache and Fast Velocity Minify). Problem is why this is not updating right away. If you can’t help i will think about getting access to my site.
Hello,
Unless caching is applied, the image should be updated instantly in the page source.
However, if this is not happening, then please share the WP logins of your website as suggested in my previous reply so that we can investigate the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Ok. I sent login without password for 24h
Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issues.
Firstly, the social image set in the
/prawda-na-temat-wymagan-mezczyzn/
post matches the image rendered on the frontend or the social media platforms. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.I also created a testing post and set a social image and it was updated on the frontend instantly. I’ve added a full screencast in the sensitive data section.
I also tested this post on Facebook and Twitter and the image was picked.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Yes. If I set a large image (the one set by you), it is displaying more often on social pages. I just don’t understand why the smaller images sometimes won’t work but sometimes they’re visible.
Even if the plugin adds code to the page.
Hello,
As mentioned in my first reply, the recommended dimensions for the social image are 1200px X 630px.
These recommended dimensions are defined in the OpenGraph protocol by Facebook: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/#images
Social media platforms that follow the OpenGraph protocol do not detect images that are too high or too low in dimension as compared to the recommended dimension.
So, you should always set the social images of the recommended dimensions to avoid any possible issues.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Thanks. Do you changed any settings in my page that i must restore from backup? I saw some changing of date settings, seo score, rankings. I don’t know what is this.
Hello,
I’ve not changed any settings on your website. As you can see in my previous screencast, I even tested in a demo post that I created myself and deleted that post before logging out.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
