  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with Google not recognizing the snippet set on your webpage using Rank Math. There could be several reasons why Google is not recognizing the snippet set. Here are a few common reasons:

    1. Issues in Code: Your rich snippets may have technical errors in the code used to implement them. I recommend using Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to check for any code issues.

    2. Quality Issues With the Site: Quality-related issues on your website can also affect rich snippets. Factors like poorly written content, keyword stuffing, low-quality inbound links, slow loading speed, lack of mobile-friendliness, and excessive ads can impact rich snippet visibility.

    3. Google’s Authority: Even if your rich snippets are correctly configured and error-free, Google has the final authority to decide whether to display them in search results.

I recommend checking these aspects to ensure your rich snippets are correctly implemented and meet Google’s guidelines. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We are here to help.

Thank you for raising this concern.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the rich snippet of your page? If so, we can see the schema markups are getting detected as valid:

However, please note that even if you add proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include this with your website or not and it mostly depends on the keyword search term.

    Here’s what Google says:

“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Rich Results Test.”

You can read more about the guidelines from this URL:
    https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/sd-policies

In case, you’re referring to the meta title and description of your page, we can see Google is showing the correct metadata on SERPs:

As you’ve set the max-snippet:36, that’s why Google is not showing the full description of your page. You can change the max-snippet:-1 from the Rank Math SEO Meta box Advanced tab so that Google can show the full description on SERPs: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-tab/

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

Thank so much for excellent reply that solved the problem
