We recommend using the updated version of our plugin. We can investigate further if this does not solve the issue with the slow queries.
Also, please get in touch with your host and ask them to increase the PHP values to the following:
PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
Max input time: 500
PHP time limit: 240
PHP max input variables: 2000
That should fix the issue. Let us know if it doesn’t.

By more inspections I found the followings:
1- Scheduled Actions has: Pending (67647) | Failed (6147) | Canceled (10) | Past-due (67647) related to RankMath how to reset or fix this and what purpose
2- The website down because of this:

Can you please check if the Cron jobs on your website are working properly? You can install the WP Crontrol plugin and navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events to make sure that the Cron Jobs is working fine on your site. If you find any issue with the Cron jobs, please contact your hosting provider to fix this.
