Health Check and troubleshooting plugin did not point to any related problem.
As i mentioned on my other ticket by using Query Monitor i found out that rank math is causing the slow loading issue.
When i disable rank math the load time is 4 sec.
With rank math enabled the load time is 45sec or more.

I have logged in to your site to check the issue, and I do see that the product page loads quite slowly, but I’m not sure it’s a database issue: the “slow query” related to Rank Math takes only about 0.2s, according to Query Monitor.
Please create a staging copy of your site for testing and share the FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field, so we can try some changes in the code, to find which part is causing the slow loading. If creating a staging site is not an option, you can also share the access details to the live site.

I have logged in to the testing site and found that the issue is due to a compatibility problem between the “Link Suggestions” feature in Rank Math and the “WooCommerce Vehicle Parts Finder” plugin installed on your site. For now, I have disabled the feature from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Link Suggestions, and this seems to have fixed it. Please try to do the same on the live site and let us know if the issue persists. We will see if there’s anything we can do in Rank Math to prevent this issue in the future.
