My site previously had URLs with www in it. I have fixed those to non-www and now am indexing again.

Multiple versions of the same URL (www vs non-www) can slow down indexing. You can create 301 redirects as described in the following guide to fix the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-www-urls-to-non-www/

I checked some of the URLs you shared by doing a “site:” search on Google and they were all indexed. While the crawling and indexing is slow, the URLs are indeed getting indexed.
Fixing the following things might improve the rate at which your website is indexed:
Beyond that, there is not much we can do to improve the rate at which your website is indexed.
