    Dear Rank Math Team,

    I am writing to let you know that I am experiencing an issue with the sitemap feature on my website. I am using the Rank Math plugin and have enabled the sitemap feature, but when I try to index the sitemap on Google, I am getting an error message that says “Couldn’t fetch.”

    I am not sure what is causing this issue, and I would appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting and resolving it. I have checked to make sure that the sitemap URL is correct and that the plugin is properly configured, but I am still experiencing the issue.

    Is there anything you can suggest I try to resolve this problem? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, as the sitemap feature is an important part of my website’s SEO strategy.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked your sitemap URL with https://httpstatus.io/, and two variations of the sitemap URLs are returning a 200 status. Only one URL should show a 200 status and the rest of the versions should redirect to it.

    Please follow this guide and redirect to a final variation:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-4-redirect-all-three-other-versions-to-your-preferred-variation

    Once done, clear your website cache and try submitting your sitemap to your Google Search Console again. See if this resolves the issue.

    I checked the guide link you sent, but i do not understand how to do it, as I am not really tech-savvy. Can you guys check into my WordPress and resolve the issue?

    Hello,

    Rank Math’s redirection feature does not support redirecting the variations of your website.

    In this case, we recommend getting in touch with your web host as they are in a better position to help you apply the redirect on your site.
