Sounds like a web server related issue. Please talk to your web hosting provider and see if the apache/server is working fine.
It is not related to Rank Math as you have already tried renaming Rank Math which didn’t fix the issue.

How many websites can be linked to 1 RankMath account ??
My issue started when I activated a second website to my account. This did not only took down that site, but also another site (other domain). I was lucky that the other sites on that server were not impacted.
Thanks to a good backup, all is back online but without RankMath !
I have also disconnected the sites from my RM account.
Trust needs to be build again, before I am willing to give it a next try.

Rank math allows multiple sites to be activated with the same account. The issue you faced might not be completely Rank Math related. Would you mind sharing the error or a screenshot of the problem so we can look further.
