I tried accessing your sitemap, but it is redirecting to the homepage.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

You can exclude URLs in NitroPack by following these steps:
Go to General Settings.
Locate the box Excluded URLs.
Enable the option (click the toggle on the right).
Enter the URL of the page you wish to exclude. (in your case, URL of your sitemap)

Once done, remove all the sitemaps from the search console and add sitemap_index.xml and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.

Thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it. That does seem to have worked on the site I’ve just tried it on and I’ll go work through doing it on the others too.
