I have proven that the redirections work when they occur through a click on a link, but if you write the URL directly in the navigation bar … it does not work and shows the page that we want to redirect and not the destination url …

I’ve checked your sitemap, and indeed it is redirecting to a page not found error.
For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugin.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
On the redirection, it is not properly redirecting even after following the steps you mentioned. Could you please take a screenshot of the redirect for that URL so we can check? You can upload screenshots using this tool and add the generated link here.
