Sitemaps doesnt update anymore

    Hello,
    I added a few new product categories but it doesn’t show on the sitemap. (turkish-halal-candy, halal-cakes-biscuits)
    I tried turning off W3 Total Cache, purging CDN, saving Perma link settings and clicking on Save Changes RankMath – Sitemap Settings. I also cleared my browser as well.

    What is RankMath not updating the sitemap? Thank you in advance.

    You have renamed your product category slug to product_cat and it is showing in the sitemap successfully please check the screencast attached in the sensitive section.

    Issue is not about seeing the product categories.
    Issue is that I am not seeing the new product categories added:

    -> halal-candy
    -> halal-cakes-biscuits

    What type of access should I give? To be honest, our company prefers not to provide admin access. Is it possible for you to investigate with screenshots of the system?

    Some issues we usually need some admin access to perform some test from our end. You can use the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    The common reasons for any item not appearing in the sitemap are usually:
    1. Item set to noindex in Rank math > Titles & Meta or individually.
    2. The sitemap being cached on your site locally or at server-level.
    3. Sitemap not enabled.
    4. you have modified your canonical URL
