Sitemaps blank page

    Hello,

    I have downloaded Rankmath and have tried using the sitemaps feature it provides. However, when checking the sitemaps pages I keep seeing a blank/empty page. I already read https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ and have tried it. Even with all plugin and theme disabled and having only Rank math enabled, the sitemaps pages remain blank. The post says it would come from my wordpress setup but I can’t find how to fix the issue, could you help me with this problem?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

    If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

    Thank you for the quick reply, I read this in another ticket and therefore tried it already too but without any success, the issue still persists.

    I am so sorry. If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
