Sitemaps are not updating

    I sent the /page-sitemap.xml and /post-sitemap.xml to Google Search Console in December 28.

    All is fine but both these sitemaps don’t update daily as others do (sitemap index, category ecc…).

    I don’t know if there is a problem with my search console/website or if this is a common thing.

    In these days I wrote others articles and didn’t done nothing else about plugins, configurations ecc..

    Can you help me?

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    I followed the steps above. I have both Wp Fastest Cache and Autoptimize plugins for caching.

    I don’t find how to exclude files in the Autoptimize settings. Can you help me about this?

    Should I empty the caches now?

    Hello,

    If you’re using any other caching plugins, then you’ll have to do some searching to find the solution.

    Most SEO plugins do offer this functionality so that you wouldn’t have much trouble. Also, the code snippet we shared is regex code, so any plugin supporting regex should accept the code.

    If you can’t find solutions, you can always contact the plugin developer or your hosting provider for support.
