    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I鈥檓 sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please share the affected sitemap URL so we can check?

Meanwhile, please add this filter in the theme鈥檚 functions.php file:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/#functions-php-file

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello, Reinelle!
    [moved to sensitive data]

    you write, add this filter:
    add_filter( ‘rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching’, ‘__return_false’);

I looked at your instructions, it is clear, the place of addition has been found) but I do not own the code at all, so please tell me for the stupid.
Am I just copying the line you gave me in full and adding it at the end of all entries to a free line? Or is it necessary to first open the curly brace, insert a phrase, close the brace?
    Thank you.

    Hello,

We just checked the sitemap and it’s now loading fine on your website as you can see from the screenshot shared in the sensitive data section.

If you are still not seeing that, please make sure that you clear the browser cache and cookies and try again.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,
Yes, that’s right. But if you try to open these links:
    https://synergyburenie.ru/post-sitemap1.xml
    https://synergyburenie.ru/post-sitemap2.xml
    https://synergyburenie.ru/category-sitemap.xml
you will see the message “page not found”, I attach a screenshot below.
I cleaned the cache and cookies again.
    screenshot:https://disk.yandex.ru/i/X_NEu7G_-i2N8w
only the site’s page map works correctly: https://synergyburenie.ru/page-sitemap.xml

Is it possible to fix this or do I need to delete the map sections by category and posts? Everything was fine for a year. After transferring the site to a new hosting, the webmaster reports an error.

    Hello,

Please copy the code shared by my colleague and add it at the end of your theme’s functions.php file in a new line.

Alternatively, you can also follow this guide to add the code:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

Once done, clear the website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
I added the code you gave to the end of the file functions.php your topic in a new line.
After that, clear the browser cache and cookies and check the site maps again – the page was not found. I checked in another browser in incognito mode – the page was not found 馃檨

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Hello! You know, I made this site using zero code technology, everything that you described is given to me with great difficulty 馃檪 Thank you so much for such an attentive attitude to your whole team! For now, I will go this way: in your plugin, I disabled the sections of the map that give an error, left only a working map of the site pages. I sent the search engine robot for reindexing. If the webmaster gives me no problems with such a card, I will leave it. If he swears again, I will turn to you and follow the path you have suggested. Thanks again.

    Hello,
