  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Please note that the robots.txt and sitemap files do not exist in your website files as they are generated dynamically/virtually.

However, you can view them by accessing /sitemap_index.xml and /robots.txt to verify.

Please share the error you’re getting in your Google Search Console so we can check and advise accordingly.

If you want to share screenshots, you can upload them using this tool and add the link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Hello Reinelle, thanks for your response.

Im no accessing /sitemap_index.xml and /robots.txt to verify and now they exist,(yesterday i tried and give me an 404 error) can you check if they are correct?

This are the errors the search console give me:
    (sorry they are in spanish)

Said that was no posible to index the page, you can see also an screenshot of the seo ranking and fall complete from a week ago.

    Any idea??

Please note that the “Crawled – Currently Not Indexed” means Google has crawled your pages but has not indexed them yet. Finding a certain number of URLs with this status is entirely normal because Google does not index all the URLs we submit. This isn’t an error but there are some reasons for excluding the pages from its index.

To learn in detail about this and take the necessary steps for the issue, please check the following guide:

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
    Thank you.

Hello, yes i understand that not all pages are indexed, but if the canonical page its not indexed, there is a problem no? my site desapear complete from google search.

    And another question:
Rank math its telling me the error: “Please keep only one SEO plugin active, otherwise, you might lose your rankings and traffic.” but there is no other SEO plugin active, this are the plugins that are active:
    Code Snippets
    Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent
    Duplicate Page
    Rank Math SEO
    Smash Balloon Instagram Feed
    Sold Out Badge for WooCommerce
    Ultimate Member
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    WooCommerce Advanced Shipping
    WooCommerce PayPal Payments
    WP Mail SMTP

    Thank you for your patience.

If there are any issues reported on your URLs that prevent them from being indexed or affect your rankings, then you should see them in the coverage section report of your GSC:

Regarding the notice, if you’re not using another SEO plugin, then please ensure that your Rank Math plugin is already updated to its latest version:

If the issue still persists, please follow these steps:

1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again the notice if it’s still appearing.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Hello, i did the steps what you mentioned and the the issue persist. I also deactivated all the plugins and gives me the same error.

In that case, please use the close icon to dismiss the warning:

Once done, clear the cache of your site and let us know if it comes back.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Ok! that was easy hehe, now its fine. Thanks!

Glad that helped sort that issue.

Please note that the website is already getting indexed on Google as you can see from this screenshot:

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
