hello, im experiencing recently problems with the google search list, and i see that no either of the files sitemap_index.xml and robot.txt appears on my hosting, even if the Rank math plugin is saying that are created. Is that normal?? Google search console said that can not fetch this files cos there are *some errors, i tried all what its said on: https://rankmath.com/kb/add-sitemaps-to-robots-txt/ tutorial but still have the same problem.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Please note that the robots.txt and sitemap files do not exist in your website files as they are generated dynamically/virtually.

However, you can view them by accessing /sitemap_index.xml and /robots.txt to verify.

Please share the error you’re getting in your Google Search Console so we can check and advise accordingly.

If you want to share screenshots, you can upload them using this tool and add the link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please note that the “Crawled – Currently Not Indexed” means Google has crawled your pages but has not indexed them yet. Finding a certain number of URLs with this status is entirely normal because Google does not index all the URLs we submit. This isn’t an error but there are some reasons for excluding the pages from its index.

To learn in detail about this and take the necessary steps for the issue, please check the following guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/crawled-currently-not-indexed/

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

Hello, yes i understand that not all pages are indexed, but if the canonical page its not indexed, there is a problem no? my site desapear complete from google search.

    And another question:
Rank math its telling me the error: “Please keep only one SEO plugin active, otherwise, you might lose your rankings and traffic.” but there is no other SEO plugin active, this are the plugins that are active:
    Code Snippets
    Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent
    Duplicate Page
    GTranslate
    Joinchat
    MailPoet
    Rank Math SEO

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.
