    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Head over to your WordPress admin area and go to Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button once, even if you didn’t make any changes on the page.

    This should fix the issue.

    I tried and today I hit again to save change button on setting > permalinks still no change.

    Is there any other way to know what is the issue?

    Could you please confirm the sitemap is being generated by Rank math? It is likely you have a sitemap file in your root folder which is being loaded. Please check if you have a static file named sitemap_index.xml in your website’s root directory.

    If so, please delete (or at least rename) that file as Rank Math generates your sitemap virtually/dynamically.

    Once done, please clear your site’s cache and check again your sitemap.

    If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
