Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

After following the steps above, kindly allow Semrush to recrawl your website and check if you are still seeing the errors.

Hey, I did as mentioned in the step 1. But for step 2, I have installed Wp Optimize cache plugin for my site. And there’s no step to exclude the Sitemap files from Wp Optimize in that guide. What should I do.

Please head over to WP-Optimize > Cache > Advanced settings > URLs to exclude from caching and add the below-mentioned URLs there:
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
/sitemap_index.xsl
/sitemap_index.xml
