    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

I checked a few affected sitemaps as per your screenshot but they’re loading without any issues. However, upon investigating further, I did find a few issues.

    1. Upon testing the variations of your sitemaps with https://httpstatus.io/, I found that two variations are returning 200 status.

Except for the preferred variation (which should return only a 200 status), all the non-preferred variations of the website should redirect to the preferred variation and return a 301 and 200 status.

Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap and redirect to the correct variation.

You can also get in touch with your web host regarding this.

    2. Your sitemap is returning a 403 (forbidden) status when accessed as Googlebot:

Please reach out to your web host and ensure that the sitemaps are properly accessible and not getting blocked by any firewall or similar services.

Once the above gets fixed, please follow the below steps and see if that helps:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml.

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

THE PROBLEM WAS RANK MATH, AND MY POSTS HAVE DISAPPEARED ON GOOGLE SEARCH WITH THE IMPACT OF DECREASE IN VIEWS, I DONT KNOW IF THEY WILL BE BACK OR NOT.

    Hello,

Please note that even if the sitemap is not accessible, this would not have any impact on your already indexed posts or their rankings.

However, could you confirm if you performed the steps I mentioned in my previous reply to fix the couldn’t fetch status? If not please perform it and see if it helps.

Also, we suggest you monitor the Coverage Section of your Google Search Console account to see if there are any errors listed that might be causing the issue.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

dont have no error, and i did all the steps and i talked with my webhost they fixed it. but still couldnt fetch to some of pages sitemap but the main sitemap is okay.

    Hello,

The URLs are still not redirected to the final variation:
    final

If you have already redirected to the final variation, please clear your website cache, and if you are using a CDN, purge the cache from there as well.

Once done, remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and submit sitemap_index.xml.

    Hope that helps.

    Looking forward to helping you.
