Sitemap & woocommerce permalink redirects to homepage

    Hi there, I’ve been having this ongoing issue with permalink redirects to home page, particularly sitemaps and woocommerce product category pages.

    This problem resolves after I go to Settings – Permalink and Save without any changes, however, I’m not sure what triggers it to reset, the problems reoccurs again after some time and I have to keep ‘resaving’ the permalink page and constantly check my site to make sure the pages are still working…

    Please advise

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), just to be sure and start trying to find the origin of your issue, we would like to discard (or confirm) if it is a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
