Sitemap with new cpt showing only 1 URL - Support

Hi! first of all, thanks your plugin, I own a agency and more than 200 sites and I have changed them all!

I have problems with sitemaps, we have created a new URL structure in our website, we have around 11.000 but the sitemap only shows 1 in it, I have attached and example of both. I´d like to know if there is anything we can do. I have already try some things I read like the cache on them and didn´t work.

Is there anything we have to do? I have also seen another sitemap wich could be, but we have a redirect chain on it (I have cleaned the whole htaccess and I still get it).

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your sitemaps not displaying correctly.

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Once you have flushed the sitemap and excluded it from caching, please check it again.

Hi! thanks for your ealr reply. It seemed to work in one of the sitemaps, but I still have problems with the sitemap wich has a redirection chain. I have already tried to clean all the htaccess and I still have it. I´m not using your redirection tool either.

The URL of the sitemap is mydomain.com/ficha-tecnica-sitemap.xml

Redirecting the URLs present in the sitemap should not result in the sitemap not loading.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Hi! thanks for your reply, I don´t know how, but this morning I have tried the URL and seems to be working now without touching anything, it seems like sometimes it does de redirection chain, but I have found out it never does with the first pagination of the sitemap (with a 1 at the very end) so thanks for your effort, it works!
