Can you please share screenshots of the error that you are seeing in Ahrefs and Seobility?

The notice from Seobility is expected as the sitemap is not an html page. You can safely ignore it.
Please try submitting your sitemap into Google Search Console (GSC) sitemaps report: https://search.google.com/search-console/sitemaps
If you encounter errors in the GSC report, please share a screenshot so we can evaluate.
