Sitemap throws a 404

    Hi

    The sitemap is throwing a 404 error on my site.

    This is my 4th ticket in last two months.

    A broken sitemap is a critical issue I need a fix asap for this.

    Please look into this at the earliest.

    This is beyond reasonable – for a plugin to get me to put so much manual effort.

    I am adding login credentials – please fix it at the earliest.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    ​​​​​​​It seems your sitemap was being cached. To fix this I did the following:

    1. Excluded your sitemap URLs from caching by adding the following in the exclusion list of your caching plugin:

    
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl

    2. Resaving the settings in WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    3. Resaving the settings WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    If the issue persists, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
