Please share the custom post type sitemap URL and some of the URLs from that custom post type so we can check them as well. You can add them in the sensitive data section.
Meanwhile, if you have already enabled them in Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > [Custom Post type], then please follow these steps to flush your sitemap cache:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
