Sitemap Save Changes Not Working

    Hi,

    I am using this plugin for one of my website Cargo Trailers For Sale

    I am trying to update sitemap settings from admin panel and looks like it is not working…

    When I enable include sitemap and click Save Settings it is not doing anything…

    Instead all sitemap is showing right now… I cannot remove Taxonomies, Authors from sitemap… please help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your sitemap seems to already include categories, have you enabled the category sitemap?

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
