    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

I checked and the sitemaps are loading properly on your website.

However, I tested the variations of the sitemaps, and two variations are returning the 200 status.

Except for the preferred variation (which should return only a 200 status), all the non-preferred variations of the website should redirect to the preferred variation and return a 301 + 200 status.

Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap and redirect to the correct variation.

You can also get in touch with your web host regarding this.

Once this is fixed, please exclude the sitemaps from being cached. Here’s a guide that you can follow: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Then, clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml.

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    HI,
Thank you so much for the reply.

I have redirected all the non-www versions to the www version via .htaccess method. and did the rest of the steps.

after that i resubmitted the sitemap and it is showing these errors

Can you check once again? all are working fine.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it is opening fine. The first screenshot you have shared is for inspecting your sitemap, which is by default set to noindex as they are meant to be crawled and not to be displayed on search results pages.

For your post sitemap, please remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only. Once done, give some time for Google to recrawl your sitemap.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.
