2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I checked and the sitemaps on your website are loading properly. I also accessed the sitemaps as Googlebot and the sitemap is properly accessible.
You can have a look at the screenshots in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml.
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Could you confirm if the issue is fixed in Google Search Console and now shows in Bing or does it still persist in GSC?
The sitemaps are loading and verifying without any issues. Please clear your website’s cache and give Bing some time to crawl the website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
If the issue persists, please remove all the sitemaps from your Bing Webmasters account and submit the sitemap with this URL: your-domain.com/?sitemap=1. Please replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain.

I accessed the sitemap as Bingbot but there are no issues found. Here are some screenshots for a quick reference:

I again checked the robots.txt and it seems fine.
Could you please get in touch with your web host and ask them if the Bingbot is getting blocked from the server’s end?
