sitemap problem

    My sitemap.xml is showing as a html page in webmaster. sitemap is created as a blank page by rank math. i have make you an admin please look into this matter.

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    I checked your sitemaps and it is loading properly on the URL ?sitemap=1. You also have another sitemap on the URL /sitemap.xml which is not generated by Rank Math.

    I logged into your website’s admin area and checked for conflicts but was unable to find any. I also tested with the disable sitemap caching filter of Rank Math but that doesn’t seem to help either. You also do not have a physical sitemap in the root directory. This sitemap.xml doesn’t load if adding a parameter to the URL. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    As you’ve disabled all the plugins except Rank Math, please ensure that the sitemaps are not getting cached from any server-side caching service. You may get in touch with your web host regarding this.

    Please temporarily disable any active server-side caching service and see if the sitemap loads on the URL: your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml (please replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).

    Let us know how that goes.

    Hello,

    You can check if there is a sitemap file in the root directory.

    Log in to your web server via FTP and delete the sitemap file present in the root directory.

    If there is no sitemap file in the root directory, check if the theme or any plugin is adding the sitemap.
