    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Please follow the below steps and see if the sitemaps load:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.

    If the sitemaps load properly after following the above steps, please remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml.

    Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if that fixes the issue.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    I investigated the sitemap further and found an error related to LiteSpeed on the sitemaps.

    Could you confirm if you’re using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin? If yes, then this is a known issue in the v4.4.6 of LiteSpeed cache. You can either update the plugin or follow this thread and see if that fixes the issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/litespeed-break-rankmath-sitemap/

    Here’s the full code:

    if (strpos($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'], "sitemap") !== FALSE) {
        define( 'LITESPEED_DISABLE_ALL', true );
    }

    Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Could you please also add your FTP credentials in the sensitive data section to have access to your website files? You can get in touch with your web host for assistance with those data. Here’s the format:

    Host/Server:
    Username:
    Password:
    Port:

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    hi, i don’t use ftp, i log in via cpanel

    Hello,

    You can share the cPanel credentials instead so we can check.

    Meanwhile, it seems that LiteSpeed already released a beta version with a fix for this issue. Please try it and let us know if the issue still persists:

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
