Can you explain point 3 again? I don’t see the sitemap in general setting in WP.
It seems like it worked – the correct sitemap is now uploaded. However, google still shows all kinds of wrong url’s not shown in the sitemap. I can see this using site:hjernerystelsesguiden.dk
Do you have a fix for this?

There are different variations of your website like HTTP, HTTPS, www, or non-www. You’ll have to submit the correct variation of your sitemap in Google Search Console.
Regarding the pages appearing on SERPs, if they are already set to noindex, then Google will automatically remove them.
You can also share some affected URLs with us so that we can check this from our end.
