Sitemap not updating after 10 urls - Support

Hello Rank Math Team,

I have noticed one issue with the sitemap. I have added one post which is my 11th post with the url
https://www.sarkaristore.com/ssb-constable-vacancy-2020/

When I checked the sitemap its not updated. I have also refreshed the sitemap through Serach Console settings for Rank Math. Also I have read threads which says that hit permalinks save button and sitemap settings save button. I did that but still no luck.

Could you please help me and get it resolved.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hello,

I excluded your sitemaps from being cached on your site under WP Super cache> Advanced settings. I also created a test post and the sitemap seems to update fine now. Please check and let us know.

Hello Team,

I have checked again but still my recent post which I created yesterday with below URL
https://www.sarkaristore.com/ssb-constable-vacancy-2020/
is not appearing in the sitemap. I have also updated it and again refreshed the sitemap but still it is not coming.

Could you please let me know how to include it in the sitemap?

Hello,

I have checked and it seems you are also using Cloudflare and it is caching also your sitemaps.

You should exclude these pages from being cached in Cloudflare:
```
main-sitemap.xsl
sitemap_index.xml
post-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
```

Hello Rank Math,

I tried it with google sitemap generator plugin and it is working well with that. If it were related to cloudflare cache issue then it won’t have worked with sitemap generator as well. Moreover, i didnt change any cloudflare settings recently, As I mentioned initial 10 posts is appearing in the POSt url sitemap.

please check further or else advice if I use plugin sitemap generator permanently.

Hi,

It appears that you had manually entered a canonical URL for that post in Rank Math’s Advanced tab.

I removed that URL and now the post is appearing fine in the sitemap created by Rank Math:

If a canonical URL is used in Rank Math for a post, it will not be included in the sitemap because Rank Math will assume that your post is not the original source of content which is what you are telling Rank Math by entering a canonical URL manually.
