Just to be sure, could you disconnect the Search Console from Rank Math and reconnect it? That way you force Rank Math to get the last data and maybe your issue is solved that way.

Are you using a caching plugin? If yes, make sure to exclude these URLs from caching:
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
After that, if you want, resave the permalinks and the issue should be solved. If not, just let us know and we will help you.

There seems to be an issue with your sitemap.
Could you please check the following:
1. Is the sitemap working fine in your browser? You can check that by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml
If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If the validation works, please move to the second point.
2. Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the error must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.
If the other plugin works, please do let us know.

The top pages or posts of my website are sometimes automatically removed from the Google search engine, due to which traffic stops on the website. And after some time they automatically return to the search engine.
But why does this happen? Is there any solution to this, sir?

Sometimes, the API of Google Search Console acts up and doesn’t mass all the information to Rank Math app. That is why there is sometimes the inconsistency in the data between what you see in the search console and in the Rank Math.
Please disregard that inconsistency.
If there are any actual URLs that are not indexed for more than 1 week, let us know.
