Sitemap not recognized by GSC

    Hi,

    I am having issues with the sitemap. The GSC shows that my sitemap is not recognized. I tried with Yandex too, same issue.

    The https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ validation test shows the error “Incorrect http header content-type: “text/html; charset=UTF-8” (expected: “application/xml”)”

    Can you please help.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    One of your plugins is adding some comment code to every page on your site which may be preventing the sitemap from being created on the site.
    Please perform the following steps for us and let me know if the issue is still reproduced: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
