Please clear your website cache and then your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once without making any changes.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

My site contains pages only. Last sitemap update listed in the pages-sitemap.xml was on 2020-02-29 and I have been making changes to existing pages since then and added a new one. What is the criteria for the sitemap being updated? I also use elementor with wordpress. Sitemap does not seem to be updating properly.

Thank for the details.
I checked and it seems you are using the non-www version of your homepage as canonical URL on both the pages you have added in the sensitive data section.
I have removed the canonical tag from both pages and now the pages are added in the sitemap just fine.
