Sitemap not loading all url’s

  • Hi,

My page sitemap does not identify all url’s for the pages that exist in my site.

    • This topic was modified 2 weeks, 5 days ago by Aistė Dailydytė. Reason: The caching solution did not work so I've added wp log in's for further investigation. Many thanks

  • I have the same problem 🙁

    Hi Aiste,

Please clear your website cache and then your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

Hit the save button once without making any changes.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

My site contains pages only. Last sitemap update listed in the pages-sitemap.xml was on 2020-02-29 and I have been making changes to existing pages since then and added a new one. What is the criteria for the sitemap being updated? I also use elementor with wordpress. Sitemap does not seem to be updating properly.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Aiste,

You have not included the login URL.

    Hey,

I’ve re-added the credentials for the site with a couple of url examples which should be visible in the sitemap.

    Thank you.

    Hi Aiste,

    Thank for the details.

I checked and it seems you are using the non-www version of your homepage as canonical URL on both the pages you have added in the sensitive data section.

I have removed the canonical tag from both pages and now the pages are added in the sitemap just fine.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Nice, thank you 🙂
