Sitemap Not Loading

    Hello RankMath Team,

    My site is undergoing a serious problem of not getting a sitemap loaded even if I had enabled the sitemap feature from the RankMath dashboard.

    Previously, it was working fine but I don’t know what happened now. I am getting error 404 when visiting my sitemap page. I have even excluded the sitemap pages from the cache.

    Please help me because currently google indexing request is temporarily blocked and since my sitemap is not available google is not able to find my posts.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
