    Upon checking your sitemap page, I didn’t see any blank page but an empty archive page. Please refer to my screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/m82mKb

    Can you please check if you have properly enabled your sitemap?

    You may also follow these steps and see if the correct sitemap will be displayed:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello there, Can you please check now. Actually I turned off sitemap as it was blank, Now I turned it On, you can check now. It’s still Blank.

    If you have already done that and the issue persists, you may also check if there are any plugins or your current theme that is conflicting with Rank Math. To determine that, please refer to this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Yes, I went through all the steps, I’m using lightspeed cache and made changes accordingly but still, it’s the same.
    So should I send you the permission through the plugin you just suggested?

    I visited your website and upon troubleshooting, I found that the plugin “Perfmatters by Forgemedia” is causing the issue here, due to which, the sitemaps are not loading.

    Please have a look at the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    I noticed that there is an update available for the above plugin, please try updating the plugin and see if that fixes the issue.

    If the issue still persists, then please get in touch with the devs of the “Perfmatters by Forgemedia” plugin, as they might already have a solution for the issue, and they would be in a better position to assist you further.

    Understood, I will update the plugin and check. But can you tell me, is it only the sitemap is not visible to me or it doesn’t exist also. If I keep the plugin, then what will be the scenario? only I can’t see it but it will exist and will be updated to google automatically or it will not exist at all ?

    Since there is a conflict, and the sitemaps aren’t loading properly, search engines might also face issues while crawling it.

    I can see the source of the sitemaps, but as there is an existing conflict, it is recommended to fix that, so the sitemaps are updated properly and are easily accessible to bots.

    As mentioned in my previous reply, if updating the plugin doesn’t solve the issue, then you should consider contacting the devs of that plugin.
