    Thanks for getting in touch with me.

    If you check the page source of your sitemap file:
    view-source:https://www.olxpeople.com/blog/sitemap_index.xml

    You will notice that it is cached version of your sitemap:
    null

    Please add the file to the exclusion list in W3 Total Cache and then it will work fine without any issues.
